Honest is moving in the right direction in developing refillable and recyclable containers. The cream comes in a recyclable plastic pod inside a recyclable plastic jar. The lid cannot be recycled. The pod can be replaced with another recyclable plastic pod. In our opinion, this makes little sense. Instead, the jar and lid could be completely recyclable. Better yet, the jar could be glass with an aluminum lid.
